you may have come across this question previously. but please answer this question for me, its also a tad embarassing.
anyhow what supplement could i take which will benefit me and help me go to the toilet you know more often. because i dont go everyday. i go like every 2/3 days or longer even. ive noticed recently i havnt been going often and ive been breaking out. before this period of time i was going everyday and i was clear. i know it may not be the only cause of my breaking out (which is really due to cutting bp to once a day; ive started twice a day now) anyways regardless it would be nice you now going more regulalry.
anyone take care to help me??

I'd recommend you try taking some Metamucil capsules, even if you only took one a day, it could be beneficial!

These can be found at Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc. They contain roughly 1/2 a gram of Psyllium Husk per capsule. The directions on the bottle say to take 2 to 6 capsules daily. I'd say start out with 2 a day, I only take 1 daily. These will be keep you regular, and makes for smooth movements with minimal wiping...I'm not kidding! These should be safe with any supplement as well.

flaxseed oil)...not necessarily help you, with that issue.
Just simly eating more fiber ie vegetables or dried friut would definately help.
Also if you can find it the health stores sell aloe vera juice . That does help.
Maybe just go to a local health store and talk to a knowlegable sales person they would probably be helpful too.
