I used to use sunbeds a lot and my skin was much better, but stopped using them around 10 years ago because of the skin cancer risks, but I'm wondering if I should use them again and how I can lessen the skin cancer risks???

I went on roaccutane 5 years ago now and it changed my life surprised.gif For the better of course!!! But now I find I'm getting spots now and again, have a lot of large pores, and I justdon't know what to do....my skin's not severe enough for another course of roaccutane but I still need to do *something*.

I never thought I'd be almost 30 and still have effing acne! rolleyes.gif redface.gif

I just use spray tanning beds. I love the water but have had enough sun for more than a lifetime! I only swim indoors now.

I know dermatologists have some kind of light they use that is really helpful but I don't know what it is called. Someone here can tell you I'm sure.

I believe it is a blue light...might be wrong.

Keep us posted with everything!
