so i started b5 regime two days ago again. couple months ago i was on b5 with good results, i got cocky and lazy... was concerned with the side effects, and sorta just weaned off on it.
now my skin is acting up again and i'm so depressed... i just want to hide at home all day and cry...
i am now 27 and have had problematic skin since 14... everything was on my forehead back in the days and was manageable. however last year acne has developed on my cheek, chin and near ear. it's frustrating ... i wonder if they are hormonal acne... now i have acne and scars and they are hard to hide even with makeup (not cyst but the scarring is awful)... huge pores - i'm 27 but look 40 i hate it.
have considered going on accutane plenty of times but i want to have kids around 30 so i was very hesitant on that.
now my plan is to be on 10g of b5 for 2 weeks, and then start to ween off of it by adding patethine and cysteine and chromium.
i'm on my day 3 of 10g b5 per day and 60mg zinc. so far oil is being controlled and seems like b5 is doing its trick. this time i'm sticking to it and not getting lazy anymore.
starting b5

Day 5
pores didnt shrink as noticeably as the last time i had b5, but today woke up with no new zits, just existing zits maturing. complexion is brighter.
facial care:
I am starting to using less facewash, just rinse my face in the morning and gently wipe with a wash cloth, apply Dan's BP cream as spot treatment, apply pure aloe gel and then jojoba oil mixed with tea tree oil.
Paula's choice 10% BHA weekly treatment once a week (otherwise my skin is rough and dull).
not going to put makeup on for at least 2weeks.
Diet:
drinking tumeric to assist with the inflammation.
eating less meat, more fish, more veggie/fruits, and drinking more water. absolutely no coffee(as it breaks me out for sure) and no alcohol (for at least two weeks)
Sleep:
min. 6hr sleep, aim for 7 hrs
Exercise:
i dont like going to the gym but i'll try to walk around in the park more.
