Ordered the 1-2 months supply or whatever from your website, and the pump to the moisturizer was broken when I opened the package. I've also been looking around and people are saying the "new moisturizer" is terrible...so I don't even know what to do. Not to mention, each tube was very hot when I held them in my hands, so they were probably stored at around 95 degrees, which the bottle clearly says not to do. You guys don't have a phone number listed ANYWHERE on this site, so congratulations, you've done what businesses do. You've ripped us off. Happy?
I read your biography "Daniel Kern". You wanted to help people...too bad your products are just turning into a business like every other person trying to "help people".
