Can any one recommend the above?

My skin is mega sensitive and I want to try to add BP to my skincare regimen (I have inflammed whiteheads on chin area).

Currently I'm using:

Simple Moisturising Gentle Face Wash (which I note contains sodium laureth sulphate)

and Oil of Olay Sensitive Skin Moisturiser with SPF 15

I have a tube of Panoxyl Aquagel 2.5 but am scared to use it in fear of causing another breakout (I over-zealously used salicylic acid St Ives Scrub and it made my skin terribly red and caused a couple of cysts).

Is quinoderm 5 or oxy on the spot less harsh than panoxyl?

Is there a cleanser which would be better to use with BP to reduce redness and drying?

Thanks in advance

In my experience Panoxyl is harsh compared to Neutrogena on the spot, proactiv and Dan's BP, with Dan's BP and the Neutrogena being the least harsh. Others may disagree though.

You'll not get harsher than Panoxyl. I don't find Quinoderm harsh but it is 5%. If you can afford it you can't beat Dans to be honest.
