Before I begin, I'll let everyone know that I'm using clindoxyl gel and differin every day, I wash my face twice a day, and I moisturize every now and again. I use cetaphil moisturizer and cetaphil facewash.
The bigger under the skin pimples have gone down significantly, but my skin's got drier and it's making my face EVEN MORE oily than usual, and I'm starting to break out in whiteheads now because of it.
I've been trying to moisturize my skin, and I'm not sure if it's the moisturizer, or that my skin's making more sebum. How can I make my skin less dry and irritated?
Will cutting down on the clindoxyl/differin (every other day instead of every day) help my skin get less dry?
Dry skin, more oil???

I don't think the level of moisture (water) in your skin has anything to do with how much sebum it makes.

Wow, I have the EXACT same problem. I use the exact same products as you and have had the same results. The bigger pimples do not appear anymore but I get some whiteheads and am very oily. Any progress?
