I made a video on picking. It's an inner game method that really gets to the root of picking. (Video Now Up)

Cool amused.gif . In it tho I was feeling pretty lowish /: .

I felt pretty down while making this due to having been doing so good not picking my face eating really well but out of no where I ended up gashing the side of my cheek again while it was healing, and picked around on a few random spots, and taking a almost perfectly clear face, to a semi picked face.

I felt disappointed in myself a bit. but it all worked out for the better. Now I'm trying a new mentality about acne/picking and life in general because of it (: .

It's 10 mins of me talking about picking. Will be up soon.

Just watched it. And you're right! Acne does give something good in the end, even though it feels like a very high price to pay for it :/. I once had a friend who said he didn't regret anything he had done, or had happend to him, because it made him the way he was. And he was proud of who he was. It sounds very similar to what you said smile.gif.

Cool (: . It's kinda like that. It's like that, and the same concept applied to everything in life.

I think If we can change our thinking to only to see the good in things in things, or at least more of the good things, the bad parts of things won't reach us and fuel our Bad habits.

i just watched it, and i completely agree! if you remove one of the factors that causes skin picking (hating your skin and life, etc.) you have less, if any reason to pick. im gonna try to apply this in my life now, and hope that it will help with my picking:) thanks!

Thank you. My diet is really helping, and the way I think which reduces stress (: . I have a bunch of spots that are healing before they get bad due to me working on my health. However if I wanted to I could pick tons of little ones and absolutely tear my skin apart and I have.

Btw using cold water on your face for 20 seconds at the end of every shower to prevent the skin from drying out has seemed to help out alot for me (: .
