Is it okay to switch antibiotics after a month? Let's say I was taking Tetracycline for a month and then switched to Doxycycline, would there be a problem?

I do not have an official answer, but I would think so.
I strongly urge you contact your dermatologist.

You need to give it at least 2-3 months to assess results, but I can't think of any problem with switching antibiotics with permission and a prescription from your Derm.

My dr directed me to switch from mino to tetra and then back and forth a couple times. i kept getting these side effects but tetra doesn't do shit for me. She didn't seem to think anything of it.

I wouldn't think so. Is there a problem that has caused you switch?

You can switch antibiotics immediatly after switching. Makes no difference. Listen to your doctor.
