I've done Accutane in the past, it worked great but I don't want to do another round of it. I am getting mild to moderate acne again(with some old scarring), and now want to give laser treatments a shot. I am breaking out a lot.

Anyway, there are so many out there. Which one is suppose to be the best of the best? Or at least happiest with?

I need to search for reputable medi spa in NJ. If anyone knows a good one, please let me know.
