After having read a lot, diet is linked with acne after all. Then I realized that the cause of my acne was Whey protein, 1 year ago I started going to the gym, started with whey protein 10 months ago, and got acne 8 months ago.
Now I stopped drinking it for 1 week and i've really seen positive changes
Since they main ingredient from whey protein is milk, I can deduce milk makes me break out. Milk has a hormone which literally "turns on" the sebaceous gland.
Now my question is: How many time is it going to take to "turn off" the gland, of course not drinking/eating any milk product.
ps: im with BP 10% anyways, and cleanser with salycilic acid, sunscreen as moisturizer
