Hey i am new here and my pictures don't seem to upload, it saids it has to be 150x150 the most and i did minimize them to that size?

Okay, Im having probs with my Avatar too. I have changed them in the past but now it is very odd.
In My Controls it shows I have the Avatar I have uploaded. It even shows my Avatar in the top right hand corner on the main message board page (if you know what I mean?
)
But when I make a comment on a thread or on my home page my avatar is my old one that is just bent outta whack!
Does someone know what Im missing?

Sometimes it just takes a little while for new avatars to show up. What's the new picture you're trying to upload as your avatar?

I got this message when I tried to switch my picture.
The error returned was:
The total filespace required to upload all the attached files is greater than your per post or global limit. Please reduce the number of attachments or the size of the attachments.
So, I deleted a bunch of pictures. It still doesn't work. What's the deal?

Is your picture a bitmap file? If so, it would be large and you should re-save it as a JPEG file to upload.

It was a jpeg, and I'm not sure what was wrong with that picture. But another worked. :]
