I read post after post about multivitamins but it works for me. Im not sure about the iodine, however I dont think 150 mcgs is alot, so I dont worry about it. Not only has my acne, besides one pimple maybe a week, suppressed, but my immune system has strengthened and when I do have a pimple it isnt as inflammed. I also feel alot better and find my self sleeping better as well as better workouts. I completely cut out sugar cause I thought it was hurting me a while back and the vitamins have done far more for my skin. Tell me some of your multivitamin experiences. I was also wondering if I should add some zinc, the multi has 30mg but I have some zinc gluconate at home as well, if so how much?

30mg of Zinc should be enough. Anyway don't go over 50mg/daily, it's not safe.

I genuinely don't mean for this to be rude, but I would like to know your logic or reasoning on why this wouldn't work. It seems you had a similar response in the "probiotic" topic too. It's not that I agree/disagree with your response but they aren't very informative about your response.

I'll tell you what, if Zinc, a Multivitamin, or Probiotics were THE answer...then no one would be on this board!
