I'm doing this to mainly keep myself motivated to keep going. This is actually Day 4, my skin has calmed down a little, but i haven't seen any major improvement yet. My skin hasn't really been irritated or red by the BP, so I'm hoping it won't.

Day 8!
This is Day 8 of my regimen. My skin has cleared up a little. My skin has been getting flaky though, which freaked me out there, because i've never had flaky skin before. I backed off on the BP, and my skin got a little better.

Although I never suffered with it myself, flaky skin seems to be quite common when using BP. Perhaps it was because I used less than the recommended amount that it didn't overdry my skin.
Although Dan's regime says that "more is best", I found that spreading the BP as thinly as possible was all that was needed to get me clear.
Hope the regimen works for you.

Hello there. I merged your last thread into this one. Remember if you start a log to continue posting in it and not create more threads. This keeps clutter off the boards and also gives others viewing your log a better idea of how your progress is going. =)

This is Day 22.
I am getting a little discouraged because it seems to be just taming my acne like any other product i've used. it's actually getting worse on my cheeks, where i've never really had problems before.
also, i have been getting a LOT of blackheads!
does anyone know why??

Hello there. Cell turnover is generally around a month, and as the Regimen FAQs prove, it can take up to 3 months (sometimes a little longer) to see full results. Unfortunately, it sometimes may get worse before it gets better. But the key is to stick with it. =)
