Hi all,
I started on Dan's Regimen yesterday and I am already noticing a difference in my skintone!
Normally with my Acne it is a really raw red colour, but its been calmed to mild pink colour. I use mainly OTC stuff as its hard to get the exact stuff here.

Cleanser: Cetaphil(stumbled across it)
B.Per: Brevoxyl 4%(lowest dosage of BP I could get)
Moisturiser: Neutrogena Oil free moisturiser

I also take 10mg Zinc and Omega 3,6,9. Also I intend to use a Daiso Charcoal mask once a week.

Well it is the 3rd day of the Regimen and I'm noticing a bit of dry skin around my cheeks and chin, so I've increased moisturiser dosage and it seems to be working.

My face looks a lot clearer, less red and softer with less oil production around my nose. My face feel refreshingly cool, like chewing some peppermint gum or something!

I'm still taking my supplements.

Hello there. I merged your last thread into this one. Remember if you start a log to continue posting in it and not create more threads. This keeps clutter off the boards and also gives others viewing your log a better idea of how your progress is going. =)
