Does anyone know what the elemental zinc value of Nature Made 30mg Zinc is? The ingredients just list zinc gluconate as the first ingredient, but do not list the elemental zinc value.

Zinc gluconate contains about 15% elemental zinc. So, from a pill containing 220 mg of zinc gluconate, you'd get about 30 mg of elemental zinc.
