Well, I'm headed to the dermatologist soon, but before I ask about procedures and medications I was wondering if I should possibly try adding Vitamins into my diet/regimen?
If I do, I have no idea where to start. I thought Vitamin A was a great way to reduce pimples, but then I heard about B5 was even better?
Right now, I don't take any vitamins or supplements. My skin is combination, oily around cheeks and nose area, and mildly dry everywhere else. Inflammation has severely decreased since I cut dairy out of my diet. Additionally, I try to eat mostly gluten-free.
Products I use:
Duac (which is 1% clindamycin and 5% benzoyl peroxide)
.025% Tretinoin Cream
Aveeno Ultra-Calming daily moisturizer
Monodox pill
Clearasil Stayclear Oil-Free Daily Face Wash
Should I try Vitamins first?

When you go, ask for a vitamin d test,
Take vitamin d3...if it doesn't help with your acne, your likelihood of getting cancers would drop by 50-80% or so (study from stanford, harvard, university of san diego, university of california) if you take 1000 IU a day...which is a minuscule amount
