Right now this is the order I take them in;
Morning
Fish Oil 1000mg
Vitamin A 10,000IU & Vitamin D 800IU (This is one pill with both vitamins together)
Lunch
Zinc 50mg
Fish Oil 1000mg
Dinner
Niacin 500mg
I want to start taking Vitamin B5 (500mg), when do you think would be the best time to take it?
If someone has any suggestions that would be amazing!
Can someone please suggest what order I should take these Vitamins.

ditch the fish oil, and you may need a lower vitamin a supp, the rda is 5000 iu.
thats too much zinc as well, 15 mg is rda.
i have had bad effects from 50 mg.
what about calcium and magnesium???
anything above the rda may interfere with other nutrients and end up not being absorbed very well.
