Did you try needling with Bioeffect EGF Serum? How is the result? I live in Hong Kong and needling is very popular here for acne scar revision or rejuvenation. Most beauty salons offer dermarolling and they always recommend using Placenta as topicals as it has plenty of growth factors.

I am also curious about the result of this with needling. It has a lot of good reviews and buzz online, but there are a few that said it made them break out. Also I wonder if this would be okay during the healing phase after laser.

I used it in my last treatment along with a Vitamin serum, didn't really find it to be anything amazing. It kept my skin moisturised but it didn't accelerate healing or anything like that. I preferred Terproline Professional.

I am now moving on to using Platelet Rich Plasma instead of manufactured topicals. I will still use a moisturiser though as keeping the skin moist aids healing.
