so i bought Chelated Zinc Lozenges!!! 23 mg each, are you supposed to swallow these or chew???? holy crap
i took 2 of them by swallowing, and my throat is hurting!!!!! was i suppose to chew theM? or let them dissovle in my mouth!?!?!
