Ive just started (a week ago) taking tetralysal 1 x 408mg a day for adult acne.
Im only on day 10 so guess it's too early to expect to see any change but i do feel i have some side effects.. First is like im on fire, im sooo hot, second is head aches and also a huge break out..seriously can't see my skin color anymore, just spots..all sizes and shapes..

Have any of you had this when on tetralysal?
What's your opinion on this treatment?

I took tetralysal for around 10 months, the same dosage as yourself.

It took a good 3 months before it started to work, but it did clear up my skin almost completely.
(I was covered in whiteheads and had a few cysts)

Ive stopped taking them now, as I'm not keen on the idea of taking antibiotics for such a long period of time. Since ive come off them, my spots have started to come back quite badly.

With regards to the headaches, I would reccomend drinking as much water as you can during the day. It may help, if not the extra hydration won't do any harm.

Hi, no advice really just my own experience:

I was on the tetralysal (lymecycline), One tablet twice per day (morning and night). I found it totally ineffective and often times I would feel quite queasy/sick an hour or so after taking it.
