Zinc
Vit B complex
Selenium (with ACE)
Omega 3 fish oil
Evening primrose oil
Garlic
The first 5 are for my skin. I bought the garlic because the chemist was offering 3 for the price of 2. As it's supposed to be generally benificial to your health, I bought the garlic to make it up to 6.

Is everyone getting positive results using the supplements they take?

- Vitamin D3
- Probiotics
And I'm thinking about adding the following:
- Pantothenic Acid (B-5)
- B-complex
- Zinc
I don't want to be taking too much which is my main concern. I will never supplement A,C,E because you can get tons of that from easily obtainable fruits, veggies and nuts. That's basically the reason I take D3, because where do you find D other than the sun?
Zinc I won't add in until at least a week or two after I've started up the B-5+complex for a week or two. Or maybe I'll try it the other way around. Hmm...

kefir most days
sodium ascorbate when I feel I need it - prob 3 out of 7 days of the week
iodine, again when I feel i need it. I'm on a break from it right now, but when i do take it max 4 drops per day.
AVC most days in water, sometimes a shot of Honegar after food, esp when i'm feelin a bit achey.
Apart from that, nothing. I get everything else I need from food

- Vitamin E
- Vitamin C
Only around my time of the month:
- Niacinamide
- Zinc
And I cut out dairy, so:
- Calcium + Magnesium
- Vitamin D3
I'm thinking and pretty sure I'm going to add in some good quality probiotics since I'm convinced my system has been screwed by 1-2 years of non-stop antibiotics. To the people that take probiotics, what kind do you take?
I'd also like to add, I wouldn't take any vitamin in the form of carbonate [check your labels]. Most of my vitamins are the form of citrate which is highly soluble.

Calcium + D3 1000 IU (morning)
Multivitamin (morning)
Fish Oil (three times a day)
Probiotics (twice a day)
Turmeric (twice a day)
Broccoli Pill (once a day)
Milk Thistle Extract (2 mL I think)
Not sure if the last three are doing anything. I also have L-Lysine supplements, but I don't know if I'm getting the right amount of it in my diet, so I'm not taking it yet. I get enough magnesium and selenium outside of supplements, but I don't know about chromium--might have to look into that.
