I have:
Fish Oil 1200 mg
Chelated Zinc Gluconate 50mg
Niacin 500mg
Vitamin A 8000 IU
How many should I take a day for each one? Do I take them all at once, or at different time of the day?
I have mild acne, but extremely oily skin.. I don't know anybody's skin as oily as mine, I drink a sufficient amount of water and moisturize my skin but it just won't cut it.
Would zinc do the trick, or should I also bring in B5 (Pantothenic Acid)?
