Have you tried adding GLA capsules to your diet and did it helpt with the oiliness of your face/scalp?

Please help!

I have been taking 2 to 3g of EPO per day for about 2 weeks and no i feel like it doesn't do anything

also I'm male

I'm thinking about starting GLA capsules, but I'm concerned about their effects. I have tried various forms and brands of high end fish oil and cod liver oil and all have broken me out with cystic acne every time so I stopped that. Currently taking a multi vitamin, calcium, vitamin c, and Zinc.

Any thoughts?

Fish oil = DHA+EPA = omega 3
Evening primrose/borage oil = GLA = omega 6

Maybe GLA won't break you out?
I will start taking evening primrose oil this week. I hope it won't mess up my menstruation cycle like borage + fish oil did...
