Hey guys!
So i've been reading REALLY great reviews about taking Zinc supplements to clear up skin, but it seems like some people see amazing results while others see none at all! Im wondering if the form of Zinc taken (gluconate, Opti-zinc (Zinc Monomethionine) or chelated Zinc) has anything to do with how effective it is?? If you've taken Zinc and it's worked for you, can you please share which form of Zinc you've taken?? I think this would maybe help clear up the mystery a little bit for those of us who are still struggling! Thanks so much!
