why is it that my face and hair are very oily, while the rest of my body is just normal?

your face and scalp have more sebaceous glands than other areas of your body. They also tend to be more sensitive to androgen stimulation in some folks due to their genetic makeup.

Your face and scalp have LARGER and more active sebaceous glands than most of the rest of your body.
