Is it okay to do both 20,000IU~150,000IU of vitamin A and 1g~7.5g of B5 + B-complex at the same time?
Whether I choose to go A or B, I'll still add some zinc, vitamin E or red palm oil, milk thistle and maybe some evening primrose oil.
If you only had to choose one of A or B, which one would you choose?

Vitamin A is fat-soluble and thus can become easily toxic at high enough levels. I suggest you lower your dosage of Vitamin A significantly.
Why not increase your amount of vitamin through natural foods? Your body will then produce the amount of vitamin A it needs.
