This past year, I took vitamin A capsules of cod liver oil for five months to control my acne. Two two months ago I switched to a hypo-allergenic form of vitamin A (by Trophic). I notice that my skin is much more clear (almost perfect) on the 20,000 IU acetate than on the 20,000 IU cod liver oil with soybean oil.

60% of Celiacs have an intolerance to soy (their bodies mistake it for gluten). I had no idea that such little soybean oil would make such a huge difference for my skin, but the difference is remarkable.

So if you are Celiac, be aware that soy contamination in your supplements could prevent you from getting better results.
