Wow, your skin looks really healthy! I think your skin is fine since it doesn't have peeling or dryness, and you're using an SPF. The mint julip mask has been working amazing for a couple friends of mine who are prone to pustular acne, and it does a swell job when I feel lazy or forget to mix water with my apsara mask, or the aztec indian mask.

are you still taking acnescript? I only take 2 a day on most days now and notice no negative difference.

so it was picking problem the main thing for u iyo, but what about diet? u follow any rules or dont bother about it so much anymore? what about green smoothies, supps & this stuff?

picking was #1, then I was using crappy skin care. I think finacea has helped tremendously. I totaly stopped green smoothies (tedious, LOL) and most days I "try" to take at least turmeric and VitD, but that's maybe 4 days a week.

Tim-- nope, no AS, but I have the supps found in AS and take those when I remember, doh!

40 yo and 42 yo adult acne. Large doses of vitamin d helped us because it is suppose to normalize hormine levels. I have not had a cyst in about a month, but I still get little pimples from sweating around my hairline.
