I think two things would make the reviews section much better.

1. This is the most important thing: I think that there should be two categories for the "helpfulness" section of a review. Right now there is either a thumbs up or thumbs down. I think it should show exactly how many thumbs ups AND how many thumbs downs (like rating a youtube video)

2. Possibly being able to comment on a review could be really helpful,

I agree. Perhaps even go further & allow a thumbs up or thumbs down to be counted only if a comment is left explaining why that person thought the review was/wasn't helpful.

i've always thought the "did you find this review helpful" question was silly and unnecessary. you review a product and then your review has to be reviewed. geez.....
