So I am currently taking 1.5 g of b5 daily however I am trying to make sure I am not consuming too much calcium as to deplete my magnesium levels.

So by the label it says per
1.5 g of Pantothenic Acid (B5)
from Calcium Pantothenate includes
135 mg of Calcium as Calcium Pantothenate

so how do I know how much Calcium I am consuming to match an even ration to Magnesium?
anyone know? eusa_eh.gif
any feedback would be appreciated thanks wink.gif
