You'd have to look up the shipping options on danielkern.com. They offer a bunch of different shipping options, so part of the cost is going to depend on the method you choose. Then there are the customs fees that UK regimen users seem to get hit with a lot. Customs fees are calculated and applied by the customs office, so I don't think there's a surefire way to tell how much the fees with be until customs actually processes the package.

The last time I ordered from this website was October 2009. My order was for $77.64 [£49.83] for goods, plus $46.97 [£30.15] shipping. Total $124.61 [£79.98].

Looking at my UPS invoice, I paid £14.73 import VAT, and £11 brokerage surcharges (total £25.73).

I think you pay whatever the current VAT rate is (20%) for the total cost of the goods (including shipping), then UPS add on their fee for paying the VAT on your behalf.
