Hey ,
After accutane your main goal should be repairing your skins lipid barrier and getting rid of the redness/dryness. Your acne should not come back at this point if you follow these steps:

#1 most imporant supplement after accutane is Omega-3 fish Oils. Go to ur local health store and stock on on these take 3 1200mg capsules per day, for about 3 months, this will repair your thin skin which is a sideeffect of accutane, and get rid of an redness.
#2 your gonna need to switch up you skincare products. your going to need a good cleanser and good moisturizer. dont use salicylic acid products such as neutrogena/proactive/clearsil etc...these are too strong..and useless. Switch over to Mandelic Acid products, it's ideal for dry skin and post accutane skin. You can buy Moisturizers, cleansers, and masques which contain mandelic acid. Using this will keep the acne from coming back and also repair your skin. I've purchased my mandelic acid stuff online, theres not many good mandelic acid products on stores.

couple tips
-Wear some sunscreen, or if you love going outside in the sun like i always did, look into melanotan ii
-Make sure you get a good intake of protein, even protein shakes if possible, this will heal your skin

So try that out, I've had teriffic results from doing those 2 things smile.gif

I agree with Giordanoh.

My 2c
Make sure you get enough good quality essential fatty acids (efa)- Omega 3, lots of good quality water and good quality sleep.
And as far as possible stay away from dairy, sugar and processed food.

Then of course you can get on the whole band wagon of supplements:
Probiotics, D3, C, B complex, Garlic, Evening Primrose Oil, Calcium/Magnesium, Beta Carotene etc... of course smile.gif all good quality products (to not waste your time and money)

Excercise and avoid stress smile.gif
