Or no? I've researched that garlic is a natural antibiotic and that it doesn't kill good bacteria and that you can't become immune to it so it seems to be the way to go? I'm trying to cut back on my antibiotics (as I've been on various ones for over 2 years) and this is really bad lol
Do you think this would help to kill P acnes therefore avoiding the inevitable breakout that comes when stopping antibiotics?
Will garlic capsules help the ease of weaning off antibiotics?

I am not sure about garlic, but whenever I take antibiotics for anything I usually start eating yogurt with probiotics. It definitely helps, but make sure the good bacteria is in there. Not every brand uses it! Look for the Live and Active Cultures seal.

Thanks! I actually have bought 1 billion CPU active cultures or whatever in a pack of about 30.. its Acidophilius which is supposed to be good for acne. I plan to make my schedule this: (I'm starting out by switching from antibiotics 3xs a day to 2xs)
8 am: Erythromycin (antibiotic)
2 pm 1 garlic capsule
2 pm 1 Acidophilius pearl
4-6 pm 1-2 garlic capsules
8 pm Erythromycin

Good luck! I don't think garlic is going to have any negative effects.
