So where do most people put their weekly posts/ updates on their treatments? Your blog? Or just posts on the message boards?

Yep, both these posters are right: A lot of people opt to keep a Log on whichever board in the Logs forums is appropritate. Others post their updates in their Org blog.
You can also post your regimen in your signature, like Nyxter suggested, or you can post a link to your log or blog in your signature (as long as the link is to a thread or blog on Acne.org; not to an outside site) so that you, and others, can always easily access your updates.
