firstly, i think grammatically, it should read as "how doctors from other countries prescribe accutane for such mild acne is beyond belief". grammar nazi here!

secondly, this log is an accutane log (my accutane log, in fact) and not an accutane-bashing log. for that, please take your bashing elsewhere, thanks!

lastly, we're just sharing our experience with accutane. just because we take accutane does not mean that:-

1. we have not tried other products; and
2. we shouldn't be taking accutane for our "mild" acne.

besides, you're not my doctor, so i'd rather trust my doctor and his opinion.

just sayin'.

oh hey babe i just saw your pics here.. now now, my skin make look pretty good in my pics but that's probably thanks to terrible cameras and some concealer!! I will be posting clearer pictures of my skin without makeup on soon and you'll see! We definitely have a ways to go but we will get there!!! jiayou!!

hi and congratulations on your progress,ive enjoyed following, one thing i would say though is you do not have cysts as you call them...not saying you dont deserve accutane by any means, just i think they're more simply average size spots/pimples.

Well i see no more post after January 2011. Is everything ok. How did it WORK? My doctor put me on Acnotin 20 and i just started using it two days ago. He told me use one every other day at nights. I dnt have face acne bad but i do have alot of back acne. Can you tell me if your skin is clear? Im scare i start to break out since i just start using it, dnt see anything yet, *fingers cross hope nothing come up. Tell me how things are please. I am really really anxious to know, pllleeeeaaassseee. I saw this guy on youtube who had break out all over his body with accutane and i am worried. There is so much against and for acnotin that i want to hear it from most users mouths.

Anyone can post a reply to me and tell me how they are doing sine then, please.

First time i ever signed up for anything like this that discuss about acne but i need help so here Im.
Im an asian male 27, weighting 143lbs. My face was always fine till 5 years ago it has been getting real bad due to stress and not eating and sleep good i believe and of course the alcohol. LOL!
So my mom just bought me acnotin 10 from her co-worker and im on my seconds days on it. I take it around 10am daily, i noticed that that im more thirsty. Im using clean and clear acne spot treatment (salicylic acid) about 3 times a day. So what im really asking for is Big HELP and TIPS on what i should really do: as in best time to take it, and is it ok if i dont use any cream, should i pop the white heads or mess with the red ouchy bumps? And sobriety starts on the 1st day i took acnotin.fyi!

sorry for the LOOOOONG delay. life got in the way

anyway, longstory short - accutane works. my skin is now clear, with the occasional pimple. i used it till about april 2011 so that's about close to 1 year of okay skin.

my tip for everyone - MOISTURISE, MOISTURISE, MOISTURISE. and don't be afraid to switch facial cream brands till you're satisfied.
