Hey, I just joined and I have read the site through and picked supplies to try.. The only problem being where to locate them..

I will typically look around stores but if anyone knows where in the UK these can typically be found, can you please post and let me know? Much appreciated!



Clean + Clear Foaming Facial Cleanser / Clean + Clear Refreshing Deep Cleansing Wash
Ask to be prescribed 2.5% BP instead of the current 10% I am using.
Alpha Hydroxy Avid 10% hand-in-hand with my BP
Oil of Olay Beauty Fluid Moisturiser (As suggested by metalmango)

25-50mg Zinc (Zinc Glutonate if possible)
Omega-3 capsules
Vitamin D3 (1000IU Daily)
Vitamin A


If anyone can make suggestions to change anything on this personal regime I am going to try, please do!
