Heres a list.
Vitamins: (Once a Day)
Coq10 - 30mg
B-50 Complex (50mg obv)
Chromium (Picolinate) - 200mcg
Vitamin E - 400iu
Beta-Carotene (vit a)- 25000 IU
Selenium - 200mcg
Opti Zinc - 30mg (30mg zinc and 300mcg copper)
Vit D3 - 1000mg
Calcium &Magnesium Vit D (Vit D is 200mg) and the calcium is 333 and mag is 167
And Oils (twice)
Fish Oil
Borage Oil
Evening Primrose
And Flax Oil
For the vitamins, whens the best time to take them?
Also, should some be taken in the morning and some at night?
And lastly, should I be warned about any of the above doages?
(I know its high, but I will be slowly cutting down as my skin heals)
(Oh and are any of the vitamins NOT beneficial to acne? should I look further into it)
