As long as it doesn't irritate your skin I personally think it's a good way to exfoliate the flaking skin. Some people can succesfully combine benzoyl peroxide with Differin, which was way too irritating for me, but AHA and BHA work fine for me.
Definately use the exfoliant BEFORE differin. I apply BHA in the morning and AHA in the evening and wait at least 15minutes before applying my daycream and the differin at night. It gives the exfoliant some time to work and the product you apply afterwards can better penetrate the skin. Maybe start by using it only in the morning to make sure it's not too irritating for you, and only start combining them after easing in to the differin.

i heard that anything before differin makes differin less affective.
i would sure like to know myself. i thought a person should apply differin first (wait 10mins after washing face) than wait 20mins or so and then apply SA.
Im not sure if you can apply like AHA after... might be to much eh?
what about tretinoin and bha? which first?
this stuff makes me spin.
