Hi, I am a 30yr old female and have suffered with acne since about 13-14. I have been through all the high street lotions and potions, all the GP could offer with no joy.
I was referred to a dermatologist who put me on 6month trial of Roaccutane which worked a treat, however the acne returned about 8months later and I took another 6month trial along side Dianette contraception pill for about a year (which helps prevent acne). All clear til about 4months ago when I came off the pill and it all came flooding back I was DEVESTATED!!
I found this website and gave the Regimen a try with products bought in Boots and 1 month later I am clear, its totally AMAZING!!!!!!!! I did suffer extreme dryness/flakiness after week 1 but then purchased some Jojoba oil (as recommended) from Holland & Barretts and mix in with the moisterisers and the dryness has disappeared. So here are the UK products I bought:
Nivea Visage - Gentle Cleansing Cream wash
PanOxyl 2.5% Aquagel Benzol Peroxide
No7 Balanced results Day Sorbet (moisteriser)
No7 Balanced results Night Sobet (moisteriser)
The No7 moisterisers were quite pricey, but they have worked. Using the 'ingredients to avoid list' I think the 'Simple' Light moisteriser is also suitable so I might try that to cut down on costs. They were about £15 each but the pots are still going so seems good value for money and of course I have clear skin which is PRICELESS!!!
THANK YOU for sharing your wonderful regimen XXXXX
it woooorrrrks!

hi, are you asking me about what I eat? if so I eat pretty healthy, lots of fruit and veg, nothing fried, hate fast food, I dont eat meat but do eat fish/seafood.
I am not a saint though, I do have a sweet tooth and love my chocolate and wine which I have in moderation.
Ta, Chloe
and drink lots of water!
