Hello everyone,
I'm new the boards and I have some questions about oily skin. Let me start off by explaining my skin to you. As the norm, I started breaking out once I hit puberty, about 10 years old I guess (I'm a guy) and I'm about 15 now, and I don't break out anymore, thanks to duac and differin. Now I just have some slight scarring and combo/oily skin in the winter, but straight up oily skin in the summer. I also have super enlarged pores and blackheads all over my t zone and all over my back and shoulders. The only thing I do right now is milk of magnesia mixed 50/50 with an oil free moisturizer. I still have to blot about six or seven times a day, however. I am curious about taking B5 as it really seems to work for a lot of people, but a lot of people wish that they had never picked up the stuff. Do you guys think that I could see results with 5g or less, since I'm not using it for ance treatment? Some of those side effects seem really nasty, so would you reccommend taking a B-multivitamin at the same tIme to decrese the risk of vitamin deficiency? Sorry for my lenghty post, I just want to really do my research before I start taking this stuff.

Thanks in advance, and Merry Christmas!
