Which is most effective?
I remember hearing a lot about Niacin awhile back but it was to early to tell how effective it was. Has it been a success?
What about B5? I heard it works for a lot of people. Is their side effects? Is it temporary?
Same questions for Vitamin A.

Initial breakout? Couldn't tell if it was due to taking it, or because I was using Dan's AHA+ Unfortunately I introduced both of them at roughly the same time, so I can't give a definite answer on that. However, if there is a breakout.. it will be extremely short-lived (1 week).
Side effects: don't take if you're pregnant
