Acne Oil Blend

There are two oils that we will be blending. Castor Oil and Extra Virgin Oil. The Virgin Oil will Moisturize your shin and also add antioxidants. Castor Oil is great for drawing out dirt, and bacteria that cause pimples.

If you have extra dry and flaky skin you want to use a ratio of 25% Castor to 75% Virgin Oil. If you have very oily skin then you should use less Virgin Oil or even cut it out of the blend and use Grape seed oil If your skin isn’t that dry then you can try a 50/50 ratio. However everybody is different so play around with you Acne Oil and find the best ratio for you. Jojoba Oil is another popular choice because of its moisturizing quality’s.

Other Acne Oils that you may want to try are Apricot Kernel Oil, Avocado Oil and Evening Primrose Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Hazelnut Oil. Yous can find some of these oils at gettingridofzits.net

Acne Oil Treatment

* Get your Acne Oil Blend and gently massage it onto the effected area. Don’t Scrub

* Dampen a rag with warm or hot water and drape it over your face until it cools off. Basiclly you want to steam your face to open up all your pores so the castor oil can draw out the the bad oils, dirt and dead skin.

* Once the towel is room temperature, rinse off and then massage the Acne Oil on the effected area again and steam your face again. This can be repeated as many times as you want.

* When your done steaming your face rinse off your towel and gently start wiping the acne oil off your face. You are now wiping away all the dirt, bacteria, and bad oils that were drawn out off your face.
