the best way to get your vitamins is through foods so try eating more fruits and vegetables like spinich kale brocoli rasperberries blueberries strawberries just to name a few...

I mean i take A, E, D, and fish oil every day at the same time and it works just fine. So I think it'll be fine. the only thing i'd worry about is if you start breaking out you won't know which supplement is causing it. also, all the supplements i took had an initial break out. and the vit. a is very drying.
