So im currently 15, and ive had oily skin since i was little.
Every morning i take a shower(no soaps used or anything for my face) and then i use Seabreeze deep lean astringent
Before i used to use 'Ultra Glow Skin Tone Cream' for my skin, at first my skin would be good, but eventually later on in the hours my skin would get really oily. So i decided to switch moisturizers
Now i use 'Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing gel' in the morning. My face looks a little shiny, but it feels good. Later on though my skin gets really tight and dry, and it has this glossy effect(light like reflects off my face).
Can someone please help me on what to do?

There really isn't any reason to think that a simple moisturizer would have any effect on the oil (sebum) that your skin produces, except for the rather unlikely possibility that it has some ingredient in it which also has an antiandrogenic effect on your sebaceous glands (an androgen receptor blocker or a 5a-reductase inhibitor, for example). That possibility is not entirely out of the question.
I would suggest that you simply wash or blot your skin more often, until you start naturally producing less sebum with age.
