My diet is pretty much perfect. I've been drinking a lot of carrot juice for the past month, and it has helped A LOT. No inflamation, and the red/dark marks from the past eight years of acne are dissapearing rapidly. Theres a diffence everyday.

Now, I still get small, occasional whiteheads. They go away quickly and all that, but I want them gone. The big problem now are these small skin colored bumps on my forhead. I suppose they are clogged pores. They're visible in the sunlight, and they bother me immensly.

I've been taking Vitamin D, 2400 IU's, for the past 5 days or so. I'm seeing a diffence in the sense that my skin looks brighter and more fresh and clean. Plus it seems to have already improved my mood. I most likely am defficiant in Vitamin D, it makes sense, I'm not in the sun too often.

How long will it take for the Vitamin D to really kick in? Or, should I just exfoliate my forhead in a safe way (using a good, natural cleanser)?

1 day for me. I just took about 30 000 IU for 2 days some days ago and the effects came the day after the first dose. Before that I was around 3 months pretty much completely without it.

Got diarrhea and my skin is healing really fast again.

It seems like it's still messing my digestion somewhat but I know that being some time without the D supplements will help with that.
