hey guys,
firstly would like to wish evryone luck in their battle against acne.
well i just recently stoppeddan's regimen -being unberable...
anyways i need the advice/knowlede on some of the experts on vitamins on this board.....

well, in a hope to relieving myself of this torment that is severe acne....i am tring to in corporate into a new regimen...
the vitamins that i plan to intake are as follows...
B5 (pan.acid)
cysteine
carnitine
alpha lipoic acid
D3
biotin
B50

Before i carryon, I SINCERELY BLIEVE THAT YOU SHOULD GIVE ME ADVICE IF ANY BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT I DID MY RESEARCH ON THE VITAMINS AND AM NOT SOMEONE WHO POSTS ON THE BOARD HOPING SOMEONE DOES THE WORK FOR ME....

k...well what i would like to know is that if i take any of these vitamins listed above...would it cause a defiency in other vitamins in my body leading to more trouble in the future?

B5- for this i do know that taking this in doses recmmded for acne can lead to defieciency in other B vitamins and also to take extra biotin -per say 1000mcg for every 1g of B5

Cysteine & Carnitine -? i do know that it helps in metabolizing fats like B5 ....however i am unable togather info on; the intake of these would cause a difiency in others.
NOTE: cysteine and carnitine are two different vitamins.

Alpha lipic acid- well for thisala, i would like to spread aword of advice that this should not be used for acne,(am taking this outta my regimen)...this is because, ala as studied has shown to cause a huge difiency in biotin...thus leading to graying hair and hair loss...any other info on ths is greatly appreciated.

D3- as far as i know, this wasnt hard to gather up on....in short D3 is the most absorbabe D vitamin .however i am unable to find if supplementing on this could cause a defiency in other vitamins.

biotin and B50- well i dont really need to explain of its benefits....would appreciate if one has a higher level of knowledge on B vitamins to share.

well, i sincerely hope that those who read this post and has info that could benefit others...to pls sharethem.... replies in short sentences would be greatlyappreciated as well. (i understand that it is not possible to unload all theinfo one has.)

finally i would like to say . we are all in this battle together and best of luck to each one of us.
