Hi, I'm taking the following daily
Selenium 200mcg
Vitamin E 200 iu
Chromium Picolinate 200mcg
B complex Thamin 15mg (1000% DV)
Ribflavin 10.2mg (600%DV)
Niacin 50 (250 % DV)
Vitamin B6 5 mg (250% DV)
Panthothenic Acid 10mg (100% DV)
with Vitamin C 300mg (500% DV)
Cod Liver Oil (2-3 capsules)
Zinc Picolinate 50 mg
and chelated copper every third day
Could the massive amounts of B vitamins cause dry skin??? Or maybe it's the summer heat?
could any of these vitamins cause dry skin?

Potentially Cod liver oil could I guess, if its high in vitamin A ?
