I've gone out and bought the following
Vitamin A 10,000 IU
Zinc 50mg
and 900mg total omega 3 (EPA 647mg and DHA 253)
How many do i take a day? Is there a safe amount? I know i take Zinc once a day
Any other vitamins i should look into?
How many pills do you guys go through in 1 day?
Any help would be appreciated

I've been reading a lot on B5. Is it recommended with what im soon going to start?
