yeh, I've read that B5 is the best to take, but I also read that taking B5 without taking other B vitamins won't have much affect. I'm so confused. I don't know what I should do.

in addition to other herbs, its main ingredients are:
500mgs of B5 (5000% times the recommended daily intake); and
20mgs of B6 (1000% the recommended daily intake).
so yeah it appears you need both.

Make sure you balance the calcium with magnesium. Are you doing the paleo diet? I believe you said you were following a diet in another thread. Anyway I've been mostly just eating veggies and meat and it's really ridiculous because it sometimes seems like the diet is making me sicker than better. I keep getting all these symptoms of deficiencies of vitamins and I don't even know what is causing them. Anyway I was getting a lot of B-vitamin deficiency symptoms...really bad pain in my feet. My heels were almost impossible to walk on for more than a few minutes, they burned while still when I was driving, twitching of my eye also lol. I'm no scientist but it has all stopped when I started on a B-complex so if you're not eating grains you should definitely watch out for deficiencies. I haven't noticed any changes in my face so I'm hoping it's doing more good than harm

No, I'm not doing the paleo diet. Just my own diet of changing how I eat and eating more fruits and veggies.
