So about two months ago i ran out of proactive (which was working awesome, i could see all the blackheads deep under my skin starting to go away and i was so happy i ordered it.. then of course, the proactive tm... after like 3 weeks i ran out of it completely :/.) i figured that the bp worked good so instead of getting more proactive i ordered the acne.org products since the bottle are so huge.. i ordered one set, plus the aha and jojoba oil. the site must have been messed up cuz i didn't get an order confirmation to my email, and the account i registered when i bought it wasn't saved. so i assumed that something went wrong. so i ordered yet another set plus the aha and jojoba oil. still no confirmation. so i just gave up on it... a week later two boxes come, i got no emails from the site i had no idea the order even went through. my mom checks her account and there was 180 dollar gone, so obviously it worked, but without us even knowing it. so i thought oh well atleast i actually got it and started using it. the first few weeks i could see a little difference in my skin, nothing big though. then about a month and one week in, my face breaks out bad, all the blackheads proactive got rid of were all back and them some + the aha did nothing for my back and chest except give it a gross texture and smell after i used it, i was just so mad at this point, yet i still didn't stop the regimen. So now im almost two months in, with nothing to show for it, might even be worse than when i started the proactive. what i got from acne.org was some scars, flakiness, -180$, and just pure hatred for the site/products. thanks for nothing.

1) You didn't contact customer service before ordering another set. (Why?)

2) It takes a little while for your skin to get used to the BP and to start seeing results. You have to stick with it.

3) You used AHA+ right away. Dan recommends being on the regimen for a few weeks before using AHA+. You really should follow the directions. And use periods........

1) Wasn't my mistake to begin with. it said they sent a confirmation to my email when the order was complete and no email. it didn't even save the accounts i made.
2)My skin was already used to it ive been using it for a while with good results until i started using this. Its been two months with negative results, so no im not sticking with it im using the rest of what i have so i can actually order a good product that works. (proactive)
3)I started using the AHA about two weeks in...........*moderator edit*............................... is that enough periods for you?

Good grief, if you can't be mature and respectful in your posts, please just walk away from the computer.

Also, if you're not happy with your products, you can return your most recent order within 90 days for a refund: http://www.danielkern.com/returns.asp

I'm sorry it didn't work for you. It can't work for everyone. I'm actually surprised Proactiv worked for you. That worked horribly for me. I've been using Dan's BP and moisturizer for about three days now, and my skin hasn't looked this good in 3 years.

Not to be mean, but OP doesn't know how to operate a computer or produce proper sentences. My guess is that you didn't order correctly. I always get a confirmation email. If you don't, you should at least wait until your account statement says something OR email customer service? I order online 95% of all products I buy and customer service works like 100% of the time (over 100 retailers in US and overseas). smile.gif

True, and also, if I didn't receive a confirmation, the first thing I would do is contact customer service. The last thing I would do is order again. I really don't know what the OP was thinking there.....

sounds like you ordered the products without reading any of the regimen advice, tips, what to expect, etc. not saying all the blame is on you OP, but you definitely didn't go about all of this in the most effective way.

sorry to hear your troubles, hopefully you find something that works better soon.
